CAES is a diverse and broad coalition of American manufacturing workers, integrated energy companies, refiners, industry associations, shipping companies and other groups that play a crucial role in the maritime fuel supply chain. CAES is committed to the scheduled implementation of the International Maritime Organization’s 2020 low-sulfur fuel standards, which America’s energy industry is best positioned to meet.  IMO 2020 will be good for U.S. workers, the environment, and will strengthen America’s energy dominance in the global oil market.
