Utah Petroleum Association Return Policy
Utah Petroleum Association (UPA) has a 30-day return policy. If sooner than 30 days, we are happy to offer a full refund. If it is more than 30 days since your purchase, we can offer you an exchange and funds can be applied to dues or a future event. If your purchase was for an event registration, please allow us some time to resell your spot before a refund can be approved. **Any cancellation of an event registration 15 days prior to an event is non-refundable or exchangeable.
Non-payment policy: Please be sure your payment has been received on or before event date or we will turn people away, regardless of registration status.
To request a return, please contact us and forward your invoice or purchase confirmation.
Refunds: Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at upa@utahpetroleum.org.
Exchanges: Please let us know if you would prefer to use paid funds as an exchange instead of a refund. If it has been longer than 30 days and you no longer wish to keep your event registration, we can reallocate the funds to pay for membership dues or for a future event.
Cancellations: If for any reason UPA needs to cancel an event, you will receive a full refund. If you would prefer to have your funds used as an exchange for dues or a future event registration, we are happy to accommodate. Thank you.
