UPA's Annual Meeting is an excellent opportunity to showcase your company's products and services to meeting attendees. Vendor exhibits will be located in the Reception area of Imperial Ballrooms B and C. Exhibit hours will be from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. See Exhibitor Selection Form for set-up and tear-down times. Please fill out the exhibitor selection form and return with your registration.
Exhibit space will include breakfast and lunch for 1 exhibitor and a 6' table with skirting and 2 chairs. Exhibitors are responsible for any signage, easels, equipment, extension cords, etc. for their location or will need to make rental arrangements with Grand America (see below). If you have special requirements for your display, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
